I tried to find this shoe at my local sports stores, 4 to be exact, but they didn't have D widths only 2E. I looked on Amazon and there they were. They fit great and actually arrived a 2 days earlier than expected.

This is the second pair of these shoes I have had and they are awsome. They have great support as I am on my feet a big part of the day. I would highly recommend them.
 Not what I expected March 3, 2010

I've had a couple months now to wear and workout in the MX622's. My first impression was that they looked good and felt really comfortable when I put them on. However, as soon as I left comfort of my carpet and stepped outside I realized that the shoes were not as cushioned as they look.
For everyday wear and walking they are fine. At the gym and working out, they MX622's were a let down. Please don't try to run, jog, or do aerobics in these shoes. There just isn't enough support.
I gave them 3 stars for the overall functionality (walking and general wear) and the price.

The seller of these shoes delivered the product as promised, flawlessly. This new model by NB has a different last and does not fit me as well as its predecessors in the same line. That is, I have been buying the predecessors of the 622 line for 6-7 years---this is the first time I can say that they do not give support to the front of the foot, are slightly wider than predecessors. I have a size 11 and 1/2 , 4E --next time, I will try on the shoe befote blindly ordering over the internet.

I had always purchased 854 from the store. When it was time to replace them recently I decided to look at other models due to price and what I feel is improper wear up front where the toe and foot flex. So far this model 622 has been a great value and showing no wear. It is early however.
Gave it 4 stars due to an odd feeling on the inside of my right foot. Waiting to see if the shoe will wear in more or if there is a defect. Doubt it is a defect though.
