walking shoe August 29, 2010 Gary Chambers I like the feel and fit of the shoe. I spend all day on my feet and at the end of the day my feet don't hurt. I like the fact that they are made in the USA and the price was very reasonable. Free shipping and discount on Amazon was great.
Another great shoe by New Balance July 19, 2010 D. Christian (LAKEBAY, WA, US) This shoe is the ticket! Comfort all the way and lots of cushion for walking and standing on concrete all day.

Shoe runs narrow and small. this is what I was looking for in my shoe fit.
as the nb 827 seems to run big and wide.
Please remove the insole and inspected the bottom of the shoe as my shoes had round holes the size of a quarter and 1/16 " deep under the arch.I wish now I had sent them back.
I purchase a pair of nb mw 855 from other source and no hole in shoe.
Ouch! May 31, 2010 Pano Buff (East Troy, WI United States) 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
This pair of shoes was delivered well packaged and on time. However, the shoes themselves have caused nothing but extreme pain for the past three weeks. I thought I would break away from my traditional choice of $29.00 Dr. Scholl's shoes purchased at Wal-Mart and treat myself to a "real" walking shoe. This New Balance shoe was touted by many reviews as the best thing that came along for enjoyable walking. I walk about 10 to 12 miles per shift at work. On the beginning of the first night they felt comfortable. Later on in the day, they were irritating. By the end of the shift, I discovered that I was missing skin the size of a quarter on the backs of both feet -- right down to the raw meat. I ended up cutting the backs out of my old shoes so that I could manage to at least hobble through my walking tours at work for the rest of the week. I also used liquid bandage, other special healing bandages, medical tape, gel pads and heal pads in the New Balance shoes when my wounds healed. My walking tour would start out comfortable, but after the first hour I could feel the annoying aggravation on my achilles tendons again. I have never had this experience with other shoes. For me, I gave it three weeks of painful endurance. This pair has become my latest dog toy. I'm going back to cheap, but comfortable shoes at Wal-Mart.
Great shoes for wide feet. March 16, 2010 Mike G. (New York, NY USA) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I'll make it short and to the point. Great walking shoes/sneakers for wide feet. You can't go wrong with these, and the all black color lets me wear these to anything but the most formal events.
