This shoe has a comfortable feel and is relatively lightweight despite being waterproof. It keeps my feet dry throughout rainy walks and provides good support. Would definitely recommend.

This is my second pair of these waterproof shoes and I absolutely love them. They are very comfortable, have great arch support (with an after market insole that I always use) and I can wear them all day. I think they look like a normal shoe but they will survive almost anything (more on that later). I wear these hiking of course, but also very often for just normal day to day..great on rainy days or in the winter, everyone else is dancing around trying to stay dry and I just walk straight through the puddle, stream or whatever. I have only found one thing that these guys cannot survive and that is cat pee! My cat decided my first pair looked like a great bathroom! The shoes survived fine, but now have a particular aroma to them that's a little unpleasant.
I would highly recommend these to anyone looking for a good outdoor shoe.

Solid construction - I walk a lot and these shoes give my feet support where it's needed in the arch. Stable well made and a great price. The color is two tone dark and light brown --not like the photo - and looks much better in person.

The service provided by the supplier was very good. However, the shoes are defective and I didn't discover it until after I had worn them for several times. There is a deformity in the toe of the left shoe which effectively reduces the size of the shoe. They are uncomfortable and I will probably stop wearing them. I would love to exchange them for another pair but, since I have worn them, I doubt that is possible. James Truitt

I have been buying New Balance shoes since 1981 from Mr. Big & Tall, they were the only place I could buy 10 EEEE size shoes . I have never had a problem with their shoes until I went to replace my 964's which is the same waterproof all purpose shoe. I have had the 966 for 6 weeks hoping something would change with time and determination ( I have tried DrScholl's massaging gel ball of foot and also insoles ) but these shoes kill my feet !!
