Good feel but did not fit March 24, 2010

I had really hoped this shoe would be "the one" because of its design. However, it did not fit properly so with regrets I returned it. The return was handled smoothly.

These shoes are so comfortable. They really do feel like slippers. As the other reviews state, they are small. I usually wear a 9, but purchased a 10 and it worked out just fine. :-)

These shoes are very attractive and I got them in a timely manner. However, they are so tight I cannot even wear socks. I wonder if they are truly a size 8 because I wear New Balance tennis shoes and they fit fine in size 8.

I have several pairs of New Balance WA800 sneakers in different colors. I like the leather ones best. I would suggest you look at ordering a wide width if you plan to wear athletic socks with these. I wanted to wear them casually, so a thin socks works great with the standard width.
